Chapel/Theater

<aside> 💡 Mismatched seating. Possibility to create steps to allow full view from back row. (Need of ramp) Need of layered lighting. Create movie night atmosphere. Bar area.

Dining Room

<aside> 💡 The space needs a restyle as it currently lacks contrast and feels very monotone.

Private Dining

<aside> 💡 This space should feel welcoming and inviting, whether it's for sharing a meal with family or hosting events. Consider rethinking the layout to optimize its functionality. Additionally, window treatments are needed to enhance the overall aesthetics and privacy of the space.

Event Room/Pub

<aside> 💡 This room has great potential. Currently, it is painted blue to mimic the color of the sky as backdrops for events and activities. It would be better to have the entire floor in the same style, without a separate dancing floor.

The adjacent area could be transformed into a pub-like space, where people can have dinner while watching the game. The fireplace can be moved to create a cozy corner, with storage for games on the side.

Ideally, there should be a long table, possibly extendable, along with matching chairs. The chairs should have wheels, but if the floor is changed to vinyl, wheels may not be necessary. Additionally, the chairs should have arms for added comfort.

A big flat screen, such as a suggested picture frame TV, is needed for watching games. Ideally, the entire floor should be made of vinyl for easy maintenance and cleaning.

Gym

<aside> 💡 There are too many machines, making it difficult to walk around. Lina suggested consulting with an expert to decide what to keep. There should be an area for yoga or light activities. There is a need for a large mirror wall. Consider adding a wall rack for tools.

Elevator Lounges/Game Area

<aside> 💡 These areas are primarily used for puzzles. It would be beneficial to have appropriate furniture to give them a more intentional feel. Additionally, more lighting is needed to enhance the puzzle experience. Currently, everything feels a bit cramped.

Store

<aside> 💡 Furniture is very random and it would be ok if it wasn’t visible from outside. It would be nice to make this a real store with proper signage outside the door.

Spa

<aside> 💡 Just a little outdated. We could consider two levels of intervention: a short-term one with minimal cosmetic changes, and a long-term one with a complete renovation. We need to create a more spa-like atmosphere.

Hairdresser

<aside> 💡 Same here, just a little outdated. No need for any specific intervention, just aesthetic. It would be nice to have a proper "storefront". We could make all these commercial activities more prominent and easily recognizable.

Terrace

<aside> 💡 need of better outdoor furniture. need of a more stable cover.

Corridors and Resting Areas

<aside> 💡 Everything is one color. I suggest adding more contrast to make the doors more recognizable. Even the door numbers are generally too small. We need to consider that older people tend to see more gray, so we should increase the contrast. Furniture in resting areas feels very random.
